The R&E Hope Foundation is dedicated to transforming the lives of underserved Haitian communities, particularly in the remote rural regions of Northern and Northeastern Haiti. We tackle the interconnected challenges of psychosocial well-being, basic healthcare, and financial literacy. Guided by the steadfast faith and lifelong commitment of Rosales Dominique Celicourt and Edith Vesta Celicourt, we carry forward their vision of outreach through impactful actions that restore hope and meet essential needs.
Through our compassionate initiatives, we empower individuals and families to overcome adversity and cultivate resilient, self-sustaining communities. By sharing faith, hope, and practical support, we strive to illuminate lives and create a brighter, more equitable future for Haiti, anchored in love, service, and the transformative power of positive change.
Supporting the Haitian people requires more than just good intentions; it demands focus, strategy, and precision. Volunteers, donations, professionals, and NGOs have stepped forward in abundance, embodying the compassionate response that a population in dire need deserves. But addressing the “where,” “what,” and “who” is as essential as the act of giving itself. These are the keys to “doing things right,” allowing us to tackle the root causes of the community’s challenges with surgical accuracy and minimal unintended harm. Our organization is committed to going beyond surface-level assistance, working to bridge critical gaps and meet the specific needs of Northern Haiti effectively, efficiently, and sustainably.
