Our Mission

The R&E Hope Foundation is committed to transforming the lives of underserved Haitian communities, especially in the remote rural areas of Northern and Northeastern Haiti by addressing the interconnected challenges of psychosocial well-being, basic healthcare, and financial literacy. Inspired by the lifelong dedication of Rosales and Edith Celicourt, the foundation works to empower individuals and families to build resilient, self-sustaining communities.

Our Vision

The R&E Hope Foundation envisions a future where all Haitians, especially in the underserved North and Northeast regions, have access to essential healthcare, psychosocial support, and financial education. We pay tribute to our parents' legacy of outreach by weaving their mission of spreading hope and faith into all our initiatives. Our goal is to break the cycles of poverty, poor health, and limited opportunities, fostering resilience, self-reliance, and sustainable development.

We are committed to reducing preventable diseases and mental health challenges while empowering economic independence through financial education and supporting community-driven initiatives. By harmonizing spiritual growth with practical support, we aim to cultivate thriving, self-sustaining communities that contribute to balanced national growth and long-term progress for Haiti.
